EL Flowing Effect Wire with Inverter - Transparent Blue

This Chasing EL Wire has a cool flowing effect when lit! It looks like bands of light are flowing down the wire. With an adjustable speed dial you can control the speed and direction of the light flow or have it on solid as well. Really neat way to spice up your EL wire costumes and projects! Great for decorating your bike, replacing your shoelaces, wearing to a party, adding to your clothing for safety at night, etc.
