When you need to turn on/off something that uses up to 30V and 60A based on the control signal from a microcontroller such as an Arduino or Raspberry Pi this is your solution. This is similar to our relay module but takes up less space. As opposed to a relay which is a mechanical switch, a Mosfet is a type of transistor. Connect one pin to power, the other to your DC device and the control signal to your microcontroller such as an Arduino or Raspberry Pi. Plain and simple, when the control signal is high, the power will be connected to your DC device.

Specifications:

  • N Channel Power MOSFET
  • Max drain-source voltage: 30V (voltage across the power and device output pins)
  • Max current: 62A
  • Max gate-source voltage: 2.35V (voltage across the control and power pints)
  • Heat-sink compatible (for loads below 15A, a heatsink is not necessary to dissipate heat)
