Does it make a lot of noise or can I put this on my desk at the office?
It looks awesome on my desk and it doesn\'t make noise. It swings back and forth and the little rings in the center all rotate at different angles. I have a Phd in Mechatronics and ever since I put this on my desk even I feel smarter. :-)
