Connect your Arduino projects to the internet via ethernet using this fully assembled Ethernet Shield for Arduino. Just place this fully assembled Arduino shield on top of your Arduino UNO or Mega and you'll be able to share data over the internet with a standard Ethernet cable connection. A nice way of sharing data acquisition over the internet or remotely controlling your Arduino projects via the web. With a built-in microSD card slot and based on the W5100 ethernet chip, this shield can be controlled using the standard Arduino Ethernet and SD libraries. The microSD card slot is useful for storing files to be served over the network.

Uses digital pins 10, 11, 12, and 13 (SPI) to communicate with the W5100 on the ethernet shield. (Other pins are free for stacking shields)   MAC address: 0xDE, 0xAD, 0xBE, 0xEF, 0xFE, 0xED
