What else do I need to get this running?

A charger, micro HDMI adapter, keyboard, mouse, hdmi cable and SD card with the software on it. They\'ve got a kit that I got for it. Does this come with the Heat Sinks?

No, the Raspberry Pi board doesn\'t come with heat sinks by default. You can add them yourself from here: https://tinkersphere.com/raspberry-pi-accessories/1438-raspberry-pi-heatsink-set-3pc.html
