- Sew conductive thread or attach wires at both ends and measure the resistance across to tell how far the sensor has been stretched
Can this be cut down into smaller lengths? And if so, how do you make the electrical contact after cutting it down?
You can cut it. You\'ll have to pry the connector off and reattach it at the cut end. I have cut a bunch of these to get it to fit my project and it worked well.
